Become a Church Planter

Starting new churches is the most effective way to change a neighborhood. But church planting is not easy. It requires leaders with vision, character and competence. Persons desiring to plant churches in New York City with RCPC come from the PCA (Presbyterian Church in America), from partner denominations and churches in the city.

PCA church planters are credentialed through the denomination and apply to RCPC for placement and training. Partner church planters are individuals recommended by their pastors or denomination to start a new church. Partners have a vision for church planting in a specific area of the city, passion for God's Kingdom, and a track record in ministry. They enroll in the Redeemer Church Planting Center to receive training, mentoring, and some financial assistance.
