Where are the sermons? Why can't I log in to see my sermon subscription and purchases?
Currently sermons are being sold in a separate store. The sermon store uses a separate shopping cart and a separate log in. You should follow the link below for all sermon related purchases, support, logins and downloads. If you would like to purchase items from both the music/curriculum store and the sermon store, you must check out of each store separately. After you purchase a Small Group study, it will be made available for you to download. After you have submitted your order and your credit card has been approved, your order invoice will be displayed. Listed along with each downloadable item you have purchased will be a button called "Download File Now". Clicking this button will begin the download process. You can also find this order invoice and download button by logging in, viewing your order history and selecting the proper invoice.I purchased a study, but didn't download it at the time of purchase. How can I download the study now?
You can download the Small Group study, even if you didn't download it at the time of purchase:- Go to the login screen of the store: http://www.redeemer2.com/rstore/login.cfm
- Enter your username and password and click the login button. (If you have forgotten your username and password see the next question.)
- On the next screen click "Download Your Studies"
- From the list that appears, click the order number of the order which contains the study you purchased.
- Your order invoice will be displayed. Listed along with each downloadable item you have purchased will be a button called "Download File Now".
- Clicking the "Download File Now" button to begin the download process.
I don't remember my username and password. How can I get it?
To retrieve your username and password:- Go to the login screen of the store: http://www.redeemer2.com/rstore/login.cfm
- Click the "Email My Account Information" button.
- On the next screen, enter your email address and click the "Go" button.
- Your login information will be emailed to you.
How do I open a Small Group study once I have downloaded it?
The Small Group study file that you downloaded is a .zip compressed archive file. We package the study this way because it actually consists of many files, and compressing the files like this in one directory allows it to download more quickly. To open/decompress/unzip this file you will need to run an unzip program. Many computers are already equipped with WinZip (for Windows) or StuffIt (for Mac or Windows) or a comparable program. If you do not yet have such a program, it is fine to download these free evaluation programs for one usage. If you find you are needing to use the software regularly, however, you should go back to their website and purchase it.
Once you have downloaded and installed an “unzipping” program, you should simply be able to double click on the downloaded Small Group study file and open it. The unzipping program should launch and ask what folder you would like to extract/expand/unzip the files into. You might want to create a new folder with the same name as the Small Group study.
When the .zip file unzips, you will see many individual Small Group study files which are in .pdf format. In order to view and print these files, you will need a copy of a PDF viewer such as Acrobat Reader. This is also a free download.
