Our vision represents what we as a church hope to do. It is why we exist. Knowing the vision is the first step to understanding Redeemer.
Redeemer's vision is to build a great city for all people through a gospel movement that brings about personal conversion, community formation, social justice, and cultural renewal in New York and throughout the world.
Our values
Our values are our principles of operation. They are
our guiding beliefs that shape everything we do. They
are both the ends and the means of our vision.
Redeemer’s values can be summarized in five points:
- Gospel: the key to life-change
- City: the influence centers of culture
- Culture: Change comes through service
- Church-Planting: the way to grow
- Ministry balance of evangelism, social justice, faith and work & community-building
